As you know, the ketogenic diet is a great way to lose weight and take care of your health.

That said, you’ve probably seen that hitting your fat macros is sometimes harder than it seems, and since you need a ton of fats to stay on ketosis − between 70 to 80% of fat −, these recipes will come in handy to ensure you get the necessary fats from your diet while cutting the headaches.

This type of recipe has received the name of “fat bombs” because they contain almost no protein and no carbohydrates. They’re the perfect way to stay in ketosis and lose weight fast.

The recipes that follow are tasty and can serve as snacks to eat throughout the day, so you’ll never have to worry again about eating enough fats on keto!

Don’t Lose It, Pin It!

6. Keto Pistachio Truffles

Full recipe on I Breathe I’m Hungry

I LOVE this recipe. I had never found a keto fat bomb with pistachio before, but I think pistachios are great for pastry. In fact, they’re quite a thing in Turkey (I don’t know if you’ve ever been there).

These contain mascarpone and vanilla, which gives them a surreal flavor.

If you’re into pistachio as I am, and as Turkish people are, try these out!

5. Chocolate Fat Bombs

Full recipe on Living Well Mom

I put these one first because, well… Who doesn’t LOVE chocolate?

I’d easily say that being able to eat chocolate as you like (IF you like dark chocolate) is probably one of the biggest highlights of the keto diet.

That said, these keto chocolate fat bombs are quite easy to make and taste delicious.

I’m currently in Bali right now, and since there is no chocolate (at least no affordable one), we’ve learnt to make these little chocolate wonders with the cocoa we do have here, and I must say we’re totally amazed. I never thought a chocolate cake could taste so good without chocolate and without sugar, lol.
