Don’t Lose It, Pin It!

1. Low Carb Slow Cooker Meatballs

Full recipe here.

This is probably the easiest meatballs recipe you can find on the internet. You just throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it do its magic.

How simple is that?

Feel free to make a whole batch of them and freeze them to eat for lunch throughout the week.

2. Keto Freezer-Friendly Chaffles

Full recipe here

These freezer-friendly keto chaffles are ridiculously easy to make.

They’re perfect for a quick breakfast or on-the-go keto lunch.

I’ve tried many keto chaffle recipes, and this one is by far the best. Plus I love the great ideas she gives in the post.

3. Keto Pizza Crust

Full recipe here

Did you know you can freeze your keto pizza crust to make an easy but decadent dinner any day of the week?

Well, now you do.

You have to freeze the crust after baking, without any toppings.

When it’s time to make the pizza, you add sauce and toppings to the frozen crust (without thawing) and put it in the oven.

This way it doesn’t become soggy ;).

4. Slow Cooker Moroccan Beef

Full recipe here.

Moroccan cuisine is one of the most delicious in the world.

The way they cook meat makes it very delicious, and they definitely know how to add vegetables to make everything tastier.

This easy keto beef recipe only requires you to throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker and to let it do its magic.

It’s very easy to freeze and unfreeze in a skillet or pot.

5. Keto Italian Meatballs

Full recipe here.

Yet another meatballs recipe, but this time it’s actually an Italian recipe.

These are my personal favorite, and they are so tasty it’s hard to miss the pasta. (Plus they contain a ton of cheese, which is great on keto).

6. Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Full recipe here

This quick & easy keto casserole requires only 5 min prep, and there are 2 ways to make it.

You can make it ahead and freeze it without baking.

Then, when you’re ready to eat you have to thaw it first, and then bake it in the oven.

Alternatively, you can also freeze the leftovers and reheat them whenever you want to. It works both ways.

7. Keto McGriddle Sandwiches

Full recipe here

These keto McGriddle sandwiches are super easy to make ahead and freezer-friendly.

I always keep a dozen of these in the freezer for those busy mornings when I just don’t have time to make breakfast.

Just note that the eggs can become a bit soggy in the freezer, so if I were you I’d add them later. But that’s just a personal preference.

8. Meatball Piza Bake

Full recipe here.

I know I’ve included a lot of keto meatball recipes in this roundup, but I seriously couldn’t do otherwise.

These little keto pizza meatballs are so good and very different from the others above.

So if you’ve already made the previous meatballs a couple of times and want something different, but just as delicious, this is it.

9. (Bonus) Keto Freezer-Friendly Cheesecake

Full recipe here

Because you’ve read all the way until here, I’m sharing this delicious treat with you.

Because after all, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t also freeze some dessert.

You deserve it.

Just make sure to let this cheesecake cool completely before freezing it.

And then, enjoy a slice every time you feel like it :).

That’s it! Don’t forget to pin this article so you can come back and make these great keto freezer meals this weekend or whenever you get the chance!
