Looking for an easy way to keto meal prep for the week, without getting bored? Try these keto recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Let’s face it: with our hectic fast-paced lives, meal prepping is not an option anymore. When you follow a ketogenic diet, you can’t simply go to your office’s cafeteria or any restaurant nearby, as what they serve is often filled with (bad) carbs.

And because you probably don’t have much time to eat (and you probably don’t want to spend a fortune on food), you need a keto meal prep plan so you can easily cook for the whole week during the weekend, or whenever you have some time.

I know you probably won’t need to meal prep every meal of the day (you might want to take your time to cook for dinner), but in case you do, I’ve got you covered.

I’ve made a list of great keto recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that you can take to work and on the go. And because I know time is important for you, I’ve made these keto meal prep recipes easy to make, so you can spend your weekend with your loved ones.

Enjoy!

I like to have some “real food” for breakfast from time to time. What I mean by that is that this recipe could easily be eaten for lunch or dinner, but I would eat it for breakfast instead.

This is the juiciest pesto stuffed chicken breast I’ve ever eaten, with bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Healthy Pumpkin Muffins

Full recipe here.

Muffins are also a great breakfast for me. They’re quite sweet (although they’re low carb), but they are consistent enough so that I feel like I’m eating real food.

These are made with pumpkin and coconut flour, which makes them not only keto, but super-healthy and filled with vitamins and minerals.

It’s made with zucchinis and blueberries, which makes it incredibly healthy, vitamin-rich and nutrient-rich.

Keto Lunch Recipes

1. Cobb Salad

Don’t worry, this list of keto lunches won’t only contain salads. I love salads, but I’d never eat salads every day. I just think this one is a staple, easy to make and perfect to take to work.

No wonder why Italian cuisine is #1 in the world. These easy Italian chicken meal prep bowls are made with zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes and red onion, along with chicken and a lot of delicious spices.

It’s packed with healthy and delicious veggies, and contains all the Italian spices, for a truly exotic taste.
