The best part of any diet is losing weight.

But the worst part is saying no to foods you love.

And muffins are definitely one of these sweet snacks I could never give up on.

Luckily, there are ways to make keto muffins, by using keto-approved ingredients such as chocolate, coconut flour, blueberry, almonds, cream cheese… and the list goes on.

Because I know your time is valuable, I’ve made a list of the best easy keto muffins that can be made within 1 minute or so.

You’re welcome.

Low Carb Triple Chocolate Muffins

Full recipe here.

The main highlight of the ketogenic diet is arguably that you can eat chocolate − as long as it’s dark, of course.

So, what better way to start this list of keto muffins than to provide you with a triple chocolate keto muffin recipe?

If you love chocolate as much as I do, this recipe will blow your mind.

Try it or miss on one of the tastiest keto snacks in the world.

Keto Low Carb Blueberry Muffins

Full recipe here.

These blueberry muffins are super moist and easy to make. They shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes (with cooking time), and are well worth the wait.

They’re made with almond flour, but you could also replace it with coconut flour if you prefer.

Enjoy.

Cranberry Sour Cream Blender Muffins

Full recipe here

If you’ve got cranberries, or even blueberries, here’s a deliciously fruity muffin recipe you can make any time.

You’ll need a blender and sour cream, as it will help you get a moist texture instead of the dense one that is, unfortunately, so typical in low carb muffins.

It definitely satisfied my cravings of “real” muffins and the vitamins from the cranberries are a nice bonus!

Paleo Keto Banana Bread Muffins

Full recipe here.

Don’t go running away after reading “banana”. I know bananas aren’t exactly a low carb fruit, but this recipe only uses 2 bananas for a whole batch of muffins.

The total net carbs are only 5g, so even though it’s not as low carb as some other recipes, you can definitely eat some and stay in ketosis. Don’t eat too many, though.

Strawberry Vanilla Muffins

Full recipe here.

This recipe uses almond flour to make sure these muffins are low carb, while also being good as fat bombs.

Strawberry and vanilla always go well together, and these keto muffins are no exception.

Again, these are only 5g net carbs, but don’t eat too many!

Double Chocolate Muffins

Full recipe here.

These keto muffins are to die for and make for the perfect sweet keto snacks. They’re incredibly low carb, each muffin being only 2.1g net carbs, and filled with protein, which makes them ideal post-workout or on a vegetarian day.

If you haven’t tried them already, you’re missing on one of the best keto desserts there are.

Enough said, go make some. Now.

Keto Pumpkin Chia Muffins

Full recipe here.

Apart from allowing you to change from traditional, boring muffins, these keto pumpkin chia muffins also have one of the best textures I’ve ever seen for low carb muffins.

It’s very much like whole wheat muffins in taste and texture, except they’re low carb and more flavorful.

P.S.: You’re a fool if you don’t make these delicious muffins.

Keto Banana Nut Muffins

Full recipe here.

This recipe would make for a perfect fat bomb, too.

Don’t fear the banana again. This recipe doesn’t actually use banana, but rather banana extract to have that nice flavor without all the carbs.

That makes it a super healthy keto snack filled with fats, protein and taste.

Oh, and did I mention your kids will love helping you make them? They’re that easy to make.

That’s it! Feel free to Pin It so you can come back later and make these delicious keto muffins!
